Gerardo Jimenez Jr begins each day with the ringing sounds of his cell phone. There are new projects on the horizon, and the important tasks of scheduling and design are just a few points on his To-Do list. Beginning at the age of only 16, Gerardo’s early years included apprenticeships with his father, Gerardo Jimenez Sr, and numerous construction firms across the Greater Los Angeles area. The discipline of this strong foundation, as well as a natural talent for creativity, remain the basis of his work today. As the requests for his ideas and assistance increased so too did the professional opportunities. A great referral is the best compliment and Gerardo’s portfolio of projects for clients, family, and friends illustrate only a small portion of what Word of Mouth can do. Honing his skills with each project, his transition to business owner was a natural fit with the establishment of JM Alpha Construction, INC in 2010.
